Availability and Acceptance

All orders placed are subjected to final acceptance by GS-Tek Please contact GS-Tek for stock availability before placing an order. GS-Tek will advise the customer on any discontinued or back-ordered products. GS-Tek reserves the right to not honor your order for any business related reason.

Prices

Prices are ex-work or F.O.B. Newark, DE U.S.A in US dollars. Applicable local, state and federal taxes, custom duty, or other foreign taxes are extra and are fully paid by buyers. The shipping and handling fee will be added to the purchase order. The final purchase price will be show on the invoice.

Quotations

All written quotations made by GS-Tek are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

Volume Discounts

Volume discounts are available for single bulk purchase orders or annually accumulated multiple purchase orders, as negotiated through your designated sales contact. OEM discount are available on a contract basis. Large order volumes may be limited to certain products. Please contact GS-Tek for more information.

Order Cancellation or Rescheduling

All orders made with GS-Tek are binding and may incur a cancellation charge if cancelled. Requests for rescheduling a delivery may be treated the same as an order cancellation, and in such event, cancellation charges may apply. A cancellation prior to an order acknowledgement being issued does not subject a customer to any extra charge.

Shipping

Products will be delivered F.O.B. Newark, DE U.S.A. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground within the United States and Canada. For all other regions, the mailing service may vary. GS-Tek also honors requests for special shipping, such overnight shipping or the use of other carriers. The buyer is fully responsible for the shipping and handling fees, as well as all taxes. In the case of a damaged shipment, the receiving customer should follow the instructions below: For a visually damaged package shipment on arrival, the customer should not accept the shipment and should ask the deliverer to endorse the bill of lading with a description of the damages. For damaged unpacked shipment, the customer should save all packing materials including the carton at the receiving location. The customer should also immediately request the carrier for a package inspection. Also, the customer should immediately notify GS-Tek about the damaged shipment. GS-Tek will make any sales adjustments or provide the customer with the return policy information. Thecustomer will have to provide GS-Tek with the purchase order number (PO number), part number (P/N) and the quantity of damaged products.In case of returning damaged products to GS-Tek, the customer must return the damaged productsin the packing cartons along with copies of the bill of lading with the carrier’s damage statement, inspection report, and RAN.

Return

If the customer is not satisfied with GS-Tek’s product(s) within 30 days of receipt, the customer may return his or her purchase in its original condition for a full refund or credit. If the customer placed an order in error, they must return the good in a new and unused condition and may be charged a restocking fee. If GS-Tek ships the wrong products to the customer, the customer must contact GS-Tek and the correct products will be shipped within 10 days after the company’s receipt of the products. The customer is solely responsible for any fee associated with the return of a product, such as shipping and handling or any other fee. All products returned to GS-Tek are subject to approval and will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The customer’s RAN should appear on the return packaging slip. The customer is required to provide information such as the model or part number, customer purchase order number, product description, quantity, and a short description of the product that they are returning. Products that need to be returned should be sent to the address above.

Replacement

The replacement of a returned product is subjected to be on credit-hold. After the returned product is received, the credit is refunded in full. A replacement product is sent out within four weeks after the replacement confirmation is issued by General Separation Technologies, Inc.

Changes

GS-Tek reserves the right to change product specifications, designs, or prices without prior notice and without liability for such changes.

Warranty

All products from GS-Tek are under warranty to be free of defects in the materials and the workmanship. GS-Tek warrants performances of all of its products for certain periods from 30 days to one year, beginning on the shipment date, under normal working conditions on the customer side. General Separation

Technologies, Inc. does not warrant any defect, failure or damage of its products caused by improper, careless or inadequate use. The customer should contact GS-Tek for specific warranty terms before placing an order. Column care, use, and selection guides from GS-Tek, either orally or written, do not substitute as warranty terms for the columns.

The warranty terms are exclusively for purchased products and no other warranty is expressed or implied. GS-Tek disclaims any implied warranty or fitness for any particular purpose. Under any circumstance, GS-Tek shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special incidental, consequential or compensatory damage, or any other legal claim in conjunction to using its products. The maximum liability shall not exceed the product’s invoice price.

Applications

All products from GS-Tek should ONLY be used in laboratory applications. No other application is implied.
